AS PART OF OUR SERVICE WE WILL:

• We clean out the sump pit
• Our floats are mercury “air activated” internal floats (no moving parts)
• Caulk the hole where the pipe goes through the house
• Bracket the pipe to the foundation wall
• Use a high quality cvc “check valve” instead of those rubber flimsy ones
• 1 year warranty from the date of the house closing
• Next day service for new installs and normal repair work

    - the battery is discharged, defective, or terminals need cleaning
    - the AC power is out or the circuit breaker has blown
    - the pump was activated
    - the safety fuse has blown
  • Alarm can be silenced during an emergency and will automatically reset in 24 hours
